Scam PTC Check List - Are they paying Standard Members?

Not paying members, no matter which way you look at it translates as scam. Not only is the site cheating by having human bots, but are even admitting that they can't afford to pay all the members.

Every site that requires Members to upgrade to get paid is ripping you off. There are 2 shining examples of this disgusting behaviour.

IM, you cashout at $9 and it cost $9 for a month's upgrade.

ElektricBux, you cashout at $9 and it cost $8 for a month's upgrade.

In other words, all free members are going to get screwed unless they have referrals. Usually these will be free members whom don't want to stay at the site.

For me, this is one of the lowest things a PTC site can do because every one joins a paid to click ads site to, well get paid. Converting to advertising is NOT getting paid.
